The brother of the month for August is Nolan Martin Nolan is a senior here at Cameron University majoring in Accounting with a minor in Pre-law. Born and raised in Lawton/Ft. Sill, it was an easy decision for Nolan to attend Cameron University after being selected for the PLUS scholarship. Shortly after rushing Kappa Sig in his freshman year, Nolan earned the title founding father upon the Fraternity’s chartering and was soon-after elected as Treasurer to serve with members of the founding EC. From 2023-2024 Nolan served as Phi-Gamma’s President bringing our chapter to new heights.

I truly believe Kappa Sigma is the best thing available at Cameron University, and I am proud to say I am part of it. This fraternity has made me the leader I am today, and I will always look back with appreciation to my time serving the Chapter, and the men of zeal I have the privilege to call brothers.”

One of our brothers, Brason Janoe was inaugurated into the Vice President officer position for the Student Government Association (SGA) at Cameron University. Congratulations Brason, this is a huge win for the Phi-Gamma chapter.

Our brothers had the honor of participating in the 57th Oklahoma intercollegiate Legislature.

The 2025 event was hosted by the Kappa Sigma chapters at the University of Oklahoma (kappasigmaou). The event focused on promoting personal and professional development, honoring those who have helped the fraternity, and bestowing awards.

The brothers of the Phi-Gamma chapter traveled to the Univerity of Centeral Oklahoma (UCO) in Edmond, Oklahoma for the installment of the Kappa-PI Chapter.
